The Men’s and Women’s Garden Club of Minneapolis is an organization for all people interested in gardening. Our members hail from communities throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area, from all walks of life and have diverse gardening interests.

We were chartered as the Men’s Garden Club of Minneapolis by the Men’s Garden Clubs of America in October 1942, and in November 2012, changed to our current name. In 2022 we celebrated our 80th year as a club, and still going strong.

We meet the second Tuesday of each month. January-March we meet at the Lake Harriet United Methodist Church. Our other regular meeting location is not available this year, so for the rest of the year please refer to the Home or Upcoming Events webpage for the location. In May, we hold our annual Plant Sale, in June-July we have a garden tour event or two, in August we hold our Flower Food Foto Show at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, and December is our Annual Award Dinner. To find out more event details, please go to our Upcoming Events page.
